Steven has been in the property business since 1993 and is a founding member of Atlas Residential where he is CEO. Steven has experience in all phases of property acquisition, development, financing and management, including asset identification and evaluation, marketing, contract negotiation and fund raising. He has been involved in over $7 billion of property transactions to date, and has overseen $450m of construction and renovation. As an honors graduate of the University of Chicago he also guest lectures there on the topics of residential property and property finance.
Jonathon runs Atlas’ London office and is responsible for capital raising, deal origination & execution in the UK. Prior to joining Atlas, Jonathon ran the London office of Carlton Group, a New York headquartered global boutique real estate investment bank specialising in corporate finance advisory, debt / equity placement and commercial loan sales. Transaction highlights included a $250 million first mortgage financing of a Manhattan apartment block redevelopment and raising a €200 million senior loan for the refinance of a 5-star hotel in Milan. Jonathon received his training at Legal & General Investment Management. Jonathon is President of UKAA, a member of the BPF Build to Rent Sub Committee and a member of the ULI Residential Council.
Ravi brings a diverse set of skills to the multifamily business. Prior to Atlas, Ravi spent ten years as a leveraged financial analyst in the property sector for Wall Street investment banks: Bank of America, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Salomon Smith Barney in both leverage finance and M&A. In 2008, he created his own consultancy, SB Strategic Solutions, where he advised property clients on re-positioning assets and debt. His institutional analytical experience dealing with complex property debt and equity structures, as well as detailed analytical skills have proven exceptional to the Atlas team. Ravi is a graduate of the University of Chicago, and holds Series 7 and 63 securities certifications.
Dominic leads the Third Party Property Management team. He previously worked at Westrock providing strategic oversight to its PRS pipeline and operational platform and helped secure the £117m investment from Invesco into the portfolio. He is 12 years MRICS qualified, qualifying at Drivers Jonas and spending over 5 years at CBRE working in development and residential investment, with clients including Akelius and Aviva. He was formally a member of the Government’s ‘PRS Taskforce’. He is chair of the UKAA Policy Committee and is a member of the IPF Residential Special Interest Group and a member of the BPF Build to Rent Sub Committee.
Stephanie brings two decades of experience in real estate and property management, operations and training. Prior to Atlas, she relocated to the United Kingdom in 2013 with a focus on residential and mixed use clients at Yardi Systems, Ltd. Stephanie has also worked with U.S. establishments, such as Alliance Residential Company, Greystar Management, and Laramar Group, acting on behalf of high profile investment clients. She has held various offices from Senior Property Director, Regional Manager, and Area Coordinator for OSHA (Occupational Safety) Compliance, where she lead teams in operations, acquisitions and due diligence. She is also a member of the UKAA Training Committee.
Quentin leads the UK development projects as Construction and Development Director. He has over 20 years in the industry and has experience in all parts of the development chain; from site acquisition and design management, through to the planning process and contractor procurement, construction management and into facilities management. Prior to Atlas, Quentin was Development Director at Essential Living for the 2,000 unit build to rent portfolio. At Lend Lease, Quentin played significant roles in some of London's largest regeneration schemes including; The Athletes Village, Elephant and Castle and The International Quarter. He brings a strong understanding of product, value, design and management disciplines coupled with a thirst for excellence and innovation.
Alistair leads the acquisitions underwriting process. Previously, he worked at Genesis Housing Association where he held multiple roles and was responsible for all large scale multi-tenure corporate finance and investment activities, including Genesis’s PRS portfolio of over 1,500 units. He was involved in the £125m sale and operating leaseback of 401 PRS units to M&G. Prior to Genesis, Alistair worked at GE Capital (Europe) and Deloitte LLP. Alistair is a graduate of University College London (UCL) where he received a degree in law, he is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and holds a Certificate in Corporate finance from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
Simon has over 20 years experience in the residential sector having worked for some of UK’s most experienced residential institutions and currently is the owner and operator of Wildheart Residential Management, a premier block and facility manager in the UK. Prior to founding Wildheart, Simon ran City Lofts residential management arm from 2004 – 2008, and before that acquired assets throughout the UK, which he owned and operate. Simon started his career with Bradford Property Trust (BPT) PLC, where he spend 7 years, eventually working within senior management positions where he was responsible for managing over 2,500 units, with an investment value of over £200m and an annualised rent roll of circa £15m.
